Er is ook een mogelijkheid een kano te huren en met rustige zee naar de eilandjes in de buurt te canoën. Als het eb is kun je lopen naar het nabijgelegen eilandje Ko Kham met zijn mooie koraalriffen en kokospalmen. Je kunt prima snorkelen bij koralen en languit liggen op helderwitte stranden. Je komt hier om te relaxen in je hangmat en van de stralende zee te genieten. Koh Mak is een redelijk groot eiland dat ligt tussen Koh Chang en Koh Kood maar dan veel rustiger dan eilanden als Phuket, Ko Samui en ook Ko Chang.

Koh Mak is a little island perfect to explore and getting close to nature, bicycle through coconut plantations along the coastline full of thousand coconut palm trees. About 10 tourist a day will visit the island during raining season. Once a day a speedboat brings visitors to the island. Even during raining season a great place to be. Both little islands have nice places to snorkel, depending on the direction of wind. Both islands Ko Kham and Ko Phi can be easily reached with sea kayak from the resorts on north west coast of Ko Mak. Koh Mak is the perfect place to relax, explore, calm your mind and smoothe your senses. Amongst 10,000 palm trees, there’s a temple, three fishing community villages, rubber plantations, and still uninhabited beaches. A natural, tropical island, Thailand's preserved treasure, is an ideal destination for visitors who enjoy a tranquil environment unspoiled by mass tourism. Long coconut beaches and crystal clear sea are the splendid attractions of the island. The whole area of this island covers 16 sq.km with a round distance of 27 km.
Koh Mak is a large island located between Koh Chang and Koh Kood Most of its plains area is coconut plantations. After some vigorous convincing Komal returns back home with Umar and Sehar once again is left out of all family outings and plans.Please take your time.
